Savor the Juices! This is more enjoyable and will keep you fuller longer.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep you hydrated.
If you feel tired or irritable, be patient with yourself.
Listen to your body and don’t overexert yourself physically or socially.
Replacing an intensive cardio session with yoga can be a great option, followed by a bath, sauna, or massage to support the cleansing process.
You may have the craving to chew something so try a piece of sugar free gum.
Make sure you get a lot of sleep!
