Fruits and veggies are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes.

At Simple Science Juices, we pack some serious nutrition into each of our juices, but we encourage you to fill your fridge with some of these delicious foods to start consuming daily for their wide variety of health benefits.

BLUEBERRIES

One of the best things about consuming blueberries is their positive effect on cognitive function, especially memory. But the benefits don't stop with the brain. Antioxidants found in blueberries have been shown to significantly support the health of every body system, giving blueberries their superstar status in the nutrition world. 

CUCUMBERS:

Cucumbers contain alkaline-forming minerals and are an excellent source of vitamin C, folate, silica, and sulfur. They also contain an impressive amount of water (about 96%) making it a great food to consume for hydration skin health!

 

BEETS
